Job opportunities are also provided for about 50-100 Shortlisted Candidates from our community residing in Karwar by arranging career fairs. The selected candidates would be taken to Dharward. A recruitment agency shortlisted by us would conduct their interviews with Corporates who would be coming to the career fair. We estimate that atleast 50% of the shortlisted candidates would get jobs from this career fair.
